The C.H.S SPE-1000P-AT Power Source Convenient switch combines a small-high efficiency 5-port 10/100 Mbps switch with a standard 802.3at 4-port Power over Ethernet (PoE). The SPE-1000P-AT uses an external 55VDC power adaptor. All 4 PoE Ethernet ports can provide 25W power as well as 10/100M data transmission over standard readily available Cat 5/5e/6 cables. The new SPE-1000P-AT allows for data and power to be transmitted over a single Ethernet twisted-pair cable to the attached devices.
The SPE-1000P-AT PoE switches is Power Source Equipment (PSE) and fully co***tible with Powered Devices (PD) that comply with the IEEE 802.3at PoE standard, allowing users to attach any IEEE802.3at compliant device such as wireless Access Points (APS), VOIP phone, IP camera, printer and Network Attached Storage (NAS) to the SPE-1000P-AT without requiring additional power on a network. The unit is designed with home and small business users in mind and is a cost effective solution for environments where AC power is not available or too costly to install.
